Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material, notifying the user responsible for the material, and/or terminating the user’s account.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice is not infringing or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.

Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
